Terms and Conditions
Website and service-use terms.
Effective September 9, 2026. These terms apply to use of the Pro LJ Enterprises, LLC corporate website and approved website-based inquiry and service-purchase paths.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful informational, inquiry, and service-purchase purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or organization, collect information unlawfully, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the site for fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
Website information
Pro LJ aims to keep public information accurate and current. Offerings, availability, pricing, descriptions, links, and third-party information may change. Website content does not create a guarantee of earnings, outcomes, or results.
Project Briefs and inquiries
Submitting a Project Brief or contacting Pro LJ does not by itself create a client relationship, guarantee acceptance, reserve a start date, or establish final scope or pricing. A project begins only after Pro LJ confirms the applicable scope, deliverables, timing, payment terms, and any engagement-specific conditions.
Services and purchases
Approved service packages may be purchased through Stripe-hosted checkout. Pricing displayed for a package applies to that package at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Scope, required materials, scheduling, acceptance criteria, and project-specific conditions may be confirmed separately in writing before work begins.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Payment-card processing is provided through Stripe-hosted checkout. Any cancellation, refund, rescheduling, or credit rights will be governed by the specific written terms disclosed for the applicable service, the circumstances of the transaction, and any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.
Electronic records and communications
Where you choose to transact or communicate electronically, you consent to the use of electronic records and communications for that transaction to the extent permitted by law. Maryland law generally recognizes that records, signatures, and contracts may not be denied legal effect solely because they are electronic.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original Pro LJ branding, website design, text, graphics, business materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Pro LJ Enterprises, LLC. Third-party names, marks, services, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services
The website may link to or rely on third-party providers, including Stripe for payment processing. Their services are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, and availability. Pro LJ is not responsible for third-party systems outside its reasonable control.
No professional guarantee
Business, educational, publishing, creative, technology, and consulting information on this public website is general unless a separate written engagement states otherwise. Public website content does not itself create a regulated professional relationship or guarantee a particular result.
Maryland consumer protection
Nothing in these Terms is intended to authorize false, misleading, unfair, abusive, or deceptive practices or to waive rights that cannot legally be waived under the Maryland Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.
Governing law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and use of this website are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This provision does not eliminate any non-waivable consumer protection or jurisdictional rights that may apply.
Changes
Pro LJ may update these Terms when the website, services, or operating model changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current production version.
