Privacy Policy
How Pro LJ handles personal information.
Effective September 9, 2026. This notice describes the information Pro LJ Enterprises, LLC collects through this website and approved business channels, why it is used, and the choices available to individuals.
Who we are
Pro LJ Enterprises, LLC operates this corporate website and related business services from Maryland. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to admin@proljenterprises.com.
Information we collect
When you submit a Project Brief, contact Pro LJ by email, or purchase an approved service through Stripe-hosted checkout, we may receive information you provide such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, website, project goals, requested services, timeline, budget range, decision status, stakeholder information, referral source, billing or transaction information, and other business context you choose to provide.
We do not ask you to submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account credentials, passwords, health information, biometric information, precise geolocation, or other sensitive personal data through the Project Brief.
For first-party conversion measurement, Pro LJ may record limited attribution data such as the selected offer, campaign or referral parameters, and a timestamp. This website attribution layer is designed without third-party advertising cookies or persistent cross-site identifiers.
Why we use information
We use information to evaluate and respond to inquiries, scope requested work, provide purchased services, communicate about projects, maintain business records, protect systems, prevent abuse or fraud, improve operations, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Data minimization
Pro LJ limits website collection to information reasonably necessary to understand and respond to the business request. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for your project.
How information is shared
Pro LJ may disclose information to approved service providers that support hosting, security, email, payment processing, customer relationship management, or other business operations, but only as needed for those services. Stripe-hosted checkout is used for approved service-package payments. This website does not collect full payment-card credentials in its own codebase.
Pro LJ does not sell personal data and does not use the current corporate website for targeted advertising based on personal data.
Project Brief storage and security
Project Brief submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to an owned server endpoint and stored in a private server-side data location with restricted permissions. Pro LJ uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the size and operations of the business.
Maryland privacy rights
The Maryland Online Data Privacy Act (MODPA) gives covered Maryland consumers rights that may include confirming whether personal data is processed, obtaining access to personal data, correcting inaccuracies, deleting personal data, obtaining a portable copy, limiting certain processing, and opting out of the sale of personal data or certain sharing. Pro LJ does not currently sell personal data.
MODPA applies only when statutory thresholds and other requirements are met. Regardless of whether MODPA applies to a particular request, Pro LJ will accept good-faith privacy requests through the contact method below and will respond as reasonably practicable, subject to identity verification, legal obligations, recordkeeping needs, security, fraud prevention, and other applicable exceptions.
How to exercise privacy rights
Email admin@proljenterprises.com with the subject “Maryland Privacy Request” and describe the right you wish to exercise. Pro LJ may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and locate the relevant records. If a request is denied and applicable law provides an appeal right, reply to the denial with the subject “Privacy Appeal” and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
Security incidents and Maryland breach law
Pro LJ maintains procedures intended to support reasonable protection of personal information and response to security incidents. If a security breach triggers notification duties under the Maryland Personal Information Protection Act or another applicable law, Pro LJ will follow the required investigation and notification process.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for inquiry handling, service delivery, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. When records containing personal information are no longer needed, Pro LJ will use reasonable measures appropriate to the record type to protect against unauthorized access or use during disposal.
Children
This corporate website and Project Brief are intended for business inquiries and are not directed to children. Do not submit personal information about a child through the Project Brief unless Pro LJ has specifically requested it for a lawful, approved purpose.
